OpenRegion is a free tool for OpenSim to quickly open or close your regions to the world and your friends.

And then...
For your friends to connect to your regions, they must:
1. Copy the SecondLife shortcut.
2. Right-click on the copy, then select Properties.
3. Add the following at the end of the target (space included): " -loginuri http://your_IP_address:9000/"
Note: To find your IP address, look in OpenRegion below "External Host".
